Kimberly DowDell has been married to her high school sweetheart for 24 years, building a life full of laughter, love, and dancing. A graduate of Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s in integrated studies, she lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and their four children. Named a top instructor in Zumba Magazine, Kimberly has spent nearly two decades inspiring others through fitness and building connections with her popular classes.
As a YouTuber and influencer on Instagram and TikTok, her content has garnered over 350 million views, offering a glimpse into her life as a wife, mom, and believer. She advocates for families of children with special needs, sharing the joys her youngest child, born with Down syndrome, brings to their family. Her story has been featured on KSL, Newsweek, WFLA, and People magazine, spreading messages of faith, resilience, and real family life.
When she’s not teaching or online, Kimberly enjoys family time—movie nights, beach days, and sipping Diet Coke while listening to country music.
